The ANZ Bank has announced the appointment of Lady Winifred Kamit as Chairman of the ANZ (PNG) Board, replacing Vishnu Mohan, whose term ended in 2016.

Dr Faamausili Lua’iufi has been appointed to the board of Bank South Pacific. Lua’iufi, who lives in Samoa, has extensive board experience and is a member of the Council of the National University of Samoa and has worked on many public sector councils and policy committees in Samoa, BSP said.

Warren Mainey has been appointed as General Manager of Goodman Fielder PNG.
