Join our client’s team as their new Agency & Business Development Manager.

The company as part of its planned growth rollout for Q4 2019 in their Vessel Agency Operations Division intends to hire a motivated forward-thinking individual to join their organization as a “Agency & Business Development Manager” to manage their current agency operations as well facilitate divisional growth.

The prime responsibility of the Agency Manager will be to lead the team that will deliver all services to facilitate the vessel arrival, working and departure, including any additional husbandry requirements at selected PNG ports.

Business Development would not be limited to agency alone but rather encompass all service divisions of BPL PNG.

The candidate will be provided with on the system and process training in order to allow smooth transition into the role along with set goals and objectives to allow strategic growth.

Role and expectations

• Manage an efficient & effective day to day operation of BPL’s PNG Vessel Agency Division

Key Parameters are but not limited include;

• Ensure commercial and operational interests and agreements are maintained
• Ensure that all Vessel Operations records and associated accounts documentation is reconciled
• Ensure that suppliers are managed to the required service level and engaged at an appropriatecost
