You are responsible for Mobile Financial Services Agent Channel reporting to the Head of MFS Sales.

Job requirements

University degree
Experience managing distribution networks and ability to distribute products, services and information to networks efficiently
Experience working cross functionally
Strong understanding of customer service and how to ensure and monitor high customer service in a disparate network
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in verbal and written English essential
Minimum 2 years’ managerial experience of teams in excess of 5 persons
