The Education Capacity Development Facility (ECDF) is supported by the Australian Government and managed by Palladium International Pty Ltd. ECDF provides high quality support and technical assistance to the education sector as prioritised by the governments of PNG and Australia.

Job requirements

• Must hold a degree in Business, Economics, Finance with additional qualifications in project management.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Have sound industry knowledge and exposure to financial sector policies, laws, regulations and financial systems and structures.
• Demonstrate experiences in stakeholder engagements and coordination.
