Globe Manufacturing Limited, a Division of WR Carpenter (PNG) Group of Companies, is looking for a suitable qualified Assistant Manager to join their finance team in Madang.

Duties and responsibilities

• Complete daily accounting entries & supervise accounting staff for posting of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable etc.
• Verify correctness of Production, WIP entries in system
• Maintain tracking sheet for TT Payments
• Properly checking of document before send for further approval
• Daily, Weekly & Monthly Bank Reconciliation & Intercompany Reconciliation

Job requirements

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or Management and member of CPA
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in Finance & Accounts with a private organisation
• A good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Knowledge in Inventory account & process will be added advantage
