City Pharmacy Ltd Group is inviting applications from self-motivated, energetic, customer focused and passionate individuals to apply for the Bakery Manager position, based in Port Moresby.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, schedule and supervise production, shipping and cleaning activities and sanitation standards.
- Supervise, evaluate, train and schedule work of bakery staff.
- Bakery Managers supervise and coordinate the activity of staff in bakery and perform tasks such as monitoring the raw materials/stocks, finished goods and fixed assets.
Requirements
- Degree in Bachelor of Science in Education
- Proven work experience as a Bakery Manager in recognized Bakery plant (Philippines and Papua New Guinea)
- Hands-on experience with various bakery equipment and machineries (e.g. ovens, dough-sheeter, bun divider and mixers)
