Kada Poroman Microfinance Ltd is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Board of Directors based in East New Britain Province.

Responsibilities

Approving the strategic direction of the KPML and significant corporate strategic initiatives.
Considering and approving the KPML’s Policies.
Approving KPML’s annual targets, budgets and financial statements and monitoring financial performance against forecast and prior periods.

Requirements

More than five years’ working experience at Board level or at Executive Level
Graduate / Master’s Degree in Management/Accounting/Banking/IT or related field
Banking / financial institution Experience is highly appreciated.
