Anitua Group is seeking to employ an experienced Branch Manager to lead the Anitua Express Tea in Kokopo, East New Britain.
Responsibilities
- Assist in recruiting, recommending for hire, and training positive individuals to become members of the Anitua Express Team, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Motivate, encourage, and challenge store employees to provide excellent customer service and sales targets.
- Promote and resolve customer complaints, in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in hospitality operations, retail, or management.
- At least 3 years experience in hospitality/retail management and/or supervisory roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Tok Pisin
