Chemcare Group Ltd is looking for a qualified Branch Manager to join its team.

Chemcare Group Ltd is an expanding business comprised of pharmaceutical and supermarket outlets in both retail and wholesale with its services extending throughout Papua New Guinea.

They are looking for a suitably qualified Branch Manager to manage their team at Andersons Express in Lae.

Key responsibilities

• Monitoring actual performance against corporate financial budgets and correcting deviations where possible
• Supervising the compilation of Branch daily, weekly and monthly information required for financial records
• Responsible for the successful, efficient and effective operation of the branch ensuring staffperform to the standard required by Management and understand their responsibilities

Job requirements

• Tertiary Qualifications in the field of Retail/Wholesale trade
• Minimum of 5 years experience in all areas of Retail/Wholesale trade at a senior management level
• A mature person with sound, stable temperament, able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
