An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Branch Manager to continue the growth and development of Bishop Bros’s business based in their Mt Hagen branch.

Key responsibilities

Oversee day to day operational activities, management of staff, adherence to stock control procedures, invoicing and quotations, monthly reporting, provide leadership and training of staff. Maintain and develop relationships with key customers and ensure financial and non-financial targets are met.

Job requirements

Strong people management skills, good communication skills, computer experience with Pronto an advantage, attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing environments, diploma or degree in management
desirable.

Experience

The successful candidate will ideally come from an engineering or trade background and have a minimum of 5-10 years’ experience within the Industry. The candidate needs to be a self-starter with strong network and relationship building skills, be motivated and have a “can do” attitude…..
