Teachers Savings & Loan Society Ltd, leading Savings & Loan Society has an exciting opportunity for Branch Manager – Lae. Reporting to the Manager – Branch Support, the primary responsibility of this position is to manage the branch operations to ensure effective and quality service delivery to members in the Morobe Province.
Key responsibilities
- Management and control of loan provisions, insurance, membership and debt collection services.
- Managing costs within budget and agreed targets.
- Ensures compliance with lending and audit policies, procedures and requirements.
Qualifications & skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Banking & Finance, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a similar role within the Banking & Finance and/or Savings & Loan services sector.
