Primary objectives

To direct all operational aspects including distribution, customer services, human resources, administration and sales in accordance with the branch’s objectives. To provide training, coaching, developing and motivation for the personnel and develop forecasts, financial objective and business plans. The role is based in Port Moresby

Responsibilities

• Direct all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration and sales
• Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
• Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans and meet goals accordingly
• Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field
• Proven branch management experience, as a branch manager or similar role
• Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices
• 5 Years of Experience in Manager Role
