BSP Life is seeking expressions of interest for the role of Broker Sales Manager.

BSP Life PNG is a member of the BSP Group, and recently commenced operations in Papua New Guinea, offering various life insurance products. BSP Life PNG, a licensed Life Insurer in PNG, is the second insurance company in the Group.

The Incumbent is responsible for delivery of the Group Term Life Insurance business sales volume through effective relationship management with Broker and Direct business channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Sales reports and activities to ensure sales targets are achieved.
• Contribute to developing and executing strategic and tactical plans of the business to ensure growth in business portfolio.
• Ensure service excellence is provided to Brokers, Direct customers, and other internal and external Customers.

Qualifications & skills

• Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, marketing or related insurance qualifications.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a management role for an insurance brokering form or in a life insurance company.
• Sound knowledge of insurance industry and legislative/compliance requirements.
