The Brian Bell Group has a vacancy for an experienced individual to fill in the role of Building Maintenance Manager.

The Brian Bell Group (BBG)is seeking a qualified and experienced Building Maintenance Manager to be based in Port Moresby, National Capital District.

Responsibilities

Responsible for managing and directing the daily operations of the Building & Maintenance department. Supervise the maintenance team.  Be highly organized, deadline driven and have the ability to coordinate a number of projects simultaneously, and possess excellent relationship-building skills and knowledge of statutory legislation.

Requirements

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management or related discipline with relevant experience.  Trades Certificate in Carpentry & Joinery or related awarded by NATTB or relevant training provider. Registered Member of the PNG Institute of Architects would be an advantage.
• Special Requirement:Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a leadership role in building and property management or real estate.
