Digicel Group is looking for a solid, determined individual to join their Corporate Sales team to fill the role of a Business Development Manager, based in their Port Moresby Head Office.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver face-to-face client presentations that demonstrate knowledge of the Company’s solutions and services by promoting the sale of bundled products to ensure the optimal solution for the customer.
• Sell with the goal of exceeding departmental financial and unit targets.
• Actively generate new leads with targeted businesses through various prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.

Requirements

• At least 7 years’ experience in sales and business development, preferably in the ICT/Communications industry
• Degree level qualification in relevant field (preferred) – Business Management, Technology
• Proven record of closing sales preferably in the telecom market.
