Susu Mamas has a vacancy for an experienced Business Manager.

Based in Mt Hagen, Susu Mamas is a non-government organisation providing primary health care for families and youth throughout Papua New Guinea and has undertaken continued positive growth over the last two years. With continued expansion throughout Papua New Guinea the organisation now seeks to recruit a Business Manager.

The Business Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the effective operations of the office in Mt Hagen while coordinating operational improvements across the other Susa Mamas Offices. The Business Manager will work closely with the Finance Manager and the Health Services Program Manager to implement new administrative systems and procedures while improving existing ones. This will include improved office management, transportation, logistics and outreach services

Job requirements

To be successful you will require the following:

• Post-Graduate qualification in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
• 5 – 10 years’ experience in management role, preferably with an non-government organisation
• Demonstrated experience in effectively managing a large workload
• Excellent interpersonal skills
