The primary purpose of the role is to effectively contribute to the achievement of the organisation’s strategic and

tactical sales plans by providing high quality leadership, administrative oversight and technical support in line with the

Sales Office  goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Sales Officer’s New Business Targets while conserving existing business.
• Manage the Sales Agency Network and report to the Business Development Manager on the performance of the Sales Office.
• Ensure compliance to all applicable regulatory and legislative requirements, as well as company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Good Knowledge of the Industry and Insurance Products as well as Sales & Service Processes
• Methodical in approach, attention to detail, and strong analytical and numerical skills
