Business Support Coordinator


Job Description

Reporting to the Business Support Manager, the Business Support Coordinator will be responsible for supporting and assisting the Business Support Manager administratively and preparation of documentation and records. The business support coordinator will be working across various technical roles, providing support in advertising and marketing, event coordination, tender and corporate documentation, contracts, leases and compliance, executive support, public relations and business operational support.

  • Providing administrative support in the preparation of documents, including reports, tenders, contracts, leases, proposals, etc.
  • Scheduling and planning client meetings.
  • Maintaining good client relations.
  • Marketing and advertising design, procurement and distribution.

Job Requirements
Personal Attributes:

  • Be a self-starter and multi-tasker
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Good team player.

Technical Skills:

  • 2-3 years minimum experience in Administration, Sales & Marketing and preferably with some media background.
  • Previous experience in Resource management software is desirable.
  • Ability to communicate effective at all levels of the organization.
