Brian Bell Group is urgently looking to hire a Café Manager for their Mall at Gordons. Reporting to the Branch Manager the Café Manager is responsible for the overall management of the Café.
Key responsibilities
- To oversee all operations of Jeanz Café
- To track and monitor issues/ complaints made by customers and how they are resolved by the Supervisor
- Ensure all food stocks are at par level
Qualifications & skills
- Must have Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality or Business Administration
- 2 to 4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and be a problem-solver
