Huawei Technologies is looking to hire an experienced business manager.

We are looking for an experienced Business Manager who possesses the following skills & qualifications:

Responsibilities

• Study, understand and implement the policieis and requirements of channel partner of Huawei enterprise business, partcipate in devising and execute the strategy to channel partner of Huawei PNG.
• Develop channel partners, achieve sales KPI
• Intergrate internal and external resources, help channel partners achieve sales target which was developed with Huawei PNG
• Encourage partners to invest in Huawei enterprise business through differentiated, precise and diversified partner incentives, so that partners can get benefits and be more confident in Huawei enterprise business.
• Improve the internal controls awareness of channel partners, manage the partner market order based on regulations, and report to the director as soon as finding the risk vulnerabilities.

Candidate profile

• Bachelor’s degree in science and engineering such as IT, computer
• Possess relevant working expierience as IT manager or sales
• Minimum 5 years working expeirence in the industry
• Have knowledge in IT products such as storage, server, IP, transmission & access, video surveillance, data center, video conference
• Ability to create and manage the customer relationship
