Heduru Moni Ltd is seeking to recruit an experience and qualified Chief Compliance Officer.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and lead the overall implementation of the Compliance Program, Corporate Governance Manual, Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorist Financing Policy and Anti-Financial Crimes Policy
• Prepare regular compliance reports for the Management Team and for the Board of Directors or its committees
• Supervise the performance of the Compliance Manager and staffs and provide the necessary support and direction for the successful day to day management of the compliance function

Requirements

• Bachelor or post graduate degree in Accountancy, Business. or Law from a reputable university
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant or member of the Bar, or any equivalent recognised professional designation in accounting or law
• Honest, diligent, and has untarnished integrity and indomitable moral values and ethics
