A highly competent, experienced and dedicated insurance specialist CEO is now being sought to lead and grow Pacific MMI Insurance Limited (Pacific MMI).

Pacific MMI is one of the leading general and life insurance companies operating in Papua New Guinea. Established in 1998, Pacific MMI distributes a large range of commercial, industrial corporate and personal insurance products through selected brokers &/or business partners and direct to the public.

A highly competent, experienced and dedicated insurance specialist CEO is now being sought to successfully lead and grow the business in order to achieve the expectations of the PMMI board and stakeholders.

Job requirements

Previous or current CEO experience with a proven track record and work ethic Technical Insurance & administrative skills with in depth knowledge of commercial practice, legislative obligations, insurance products, reinsurance, finance and underwriting/claims skill set. A minimum of fifteen (15) years work experience in the Insurance Industry (with experience in the Asia Pacific market) is a requisite requirement.

• Senior level Insurance qualifications & accreditation or equivalent status
• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in either Business &/or Management, Banking, Finance or Accounting will be highly regarded
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Computer literacy and technology skills
