NCSL is seeking applications from suitably qualified person for the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) to be based at their Head Officer, Port Moresby.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct and manage the enablement & support services to deliver a consistent & top-quality service to both internal & external stakeholders in line with the company’s vision,
• Manage departments covering Legal, Risk & Compliance, Human Resources, ICT, and Project Management,

Develop appropriate strategies in all areas of responsibility to effectively deliver on the overall company goals & aspirations,

Requirements

• Degree in Business related discipline in Business Management, Finance, IT, Banking Economics. Masters qualification will be considered favourably,
• 15 years’ experience in a multi-faceted role overseeing different departments,
• Demonstrable experience in Strategy formulation & implementation,
