Key responsibilities

• Direct the implementation of the Risk Framework. Policy
• Advise the CEO and the Board on all risk, audit, compliance and governance matters
• Administer risk communication and reporting to the Board, CEO, Senior Officers, Managers and the general staffs on a regular basis

Qualifications & skills

• At Ieast 10 years of combined experience in Retail and Wholesale Credit, Operations, Treasury, IT Security, Finance, Compliance, Audit, and Governance in a financial institution setting
• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business, preferably with graduate or postgraduate degree In Business or Finance in a reputable university
• Preferably with recognised certifications in Risk Accounting or Finance
