Concept PNG’s client – Cool Earth is seeking a Country Manager to lead and motivate their PNG Operations based in Alotau, Milne Bay Province.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate an ability to create strategic plans and manage their successful implementation.
- Provide evidence of leading and motivating teams to build a positive culture and support the values of Cool Earth.
- Experience with developing and managing community-based projects with multiple stakeholders for Not-For-Profit or charitable organisations.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Commerce or similar.
- Specialisation in Conservation, International Development, Environment Science or Forestry would be looked upon favourably.
- Experience developing and managing project budgets in excess of 1 million PGK.
