The Centre for Excellence in Financial Inclusion (CEFI) is seeking to recruit dynamic and vibrant professionals for the Coordinator – Special Projects position to be based in Port Moresby

Key responsibilities

• As the Coordinator for the Special Projects Unit, the successful applicant will support the CEFI Special Projects Manager in ensuring direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of special projects is consistent with CEFI strategy, commitments and goals.
• Provide support to the Special Projects Manager with the planning and implementation of CEFI approved special projects including; Market for Village Farmers Project, National & Provincial Government Engagements and other research projects
• Implementation of Financial inclusion strategy and facilitate to obtain adequate resources from Government agencies through national budget

Requirements

• Good knowledge of coordinating projects especially as it relates to the National Financial Inclusion Strategy with focus on the delivery of outcomes
• Well-rounded knowledge around financial inclusion and coordination work would be an advantage
• Possess the ability to identify, conceptualize and implement projects and plans
