Core Banking – Technical Program Manager

Based in Port Moresby, this critical position reports to the Head of Core Banking and is responsible for the technical planning, implementation, execution, supervision, and control of all steps in the Core Banking conversion program throughout the BSP Group.

Key deliverables

• Deliver allocated project tasks according to the program’s policies and procedures.
• Ensure business requirements are delivered according to the Implementation Scope of Works and aligned to business expectations.
• Establish and maintain appropriate governance practices to monitor and control the program.

Job requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in Computing or related discipline.
• Five (5) years’ experience in large scale multi-vendor technical program environments.
• Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of formal Project Management principles and Project Management Tools.
• Proficient knowledge of the Bank’s products and processes.
