The National Agricultural Research Institute NARI is seeking to hire a Corporate Services Manager.

The National Agricultural Research Institute (NARI) is the lead research organisation, conducting and fostering applied and development oriented research in agriculture and rural development sectors in Papua New Guinea. Besides, NARI is responsible for providing analytical, diagnostic and advisory services to the agriculture sector. Such services include chemical analysis, advisory services and biometric and statistical services.

NARI is seeking to hire a Corporate Services Manager. The incumbent will report directly to the Office of the Director General and will be responsible for managing and developing the corporate services including human resource, finance and assets and physical facilities so that NARI has effective systems, appropriate infrastructure and facilities and a culture that drives efficiency and excellence in service delivery.

Applicants must:
Applicants will hold a postgraduate degree, preferably a Masters Degree or PhD in Business Administration, Agriculture business or related discipline. He/she should have a minimum of 15 years of Corporate Management experience in a multi-disciplinary organization, with at least 7 years in a senior managerial and leadership role.

General

Remuneration grade and salary levels will depend on qualifications, experience and the ability of the appointee. Salaries and benefits include base salary, domestic market allowance, gratuity, superannuation, leave fares, amenities allowances, medical & life insurance and housing or housing allowance.
