Mainland Holdings Limited wants to hire a Corporate Service Manager to assist in providing leadership and direction to the company.

Mainland Holdings Limited is a leading producer and distributor of fresh, frozen and live day-old chickens, fresh eggs, as well as producing stock feed and flour products under the 3 Roses brand. Mainland Holdings over the last 40 years are household names within PNG: Tablebirds, Mainland Crocodile Farm, 3 Roses Flour, Tablebirds Stock feed, Get Cracking Eggs, Moale Trading and Poultry Farms in Markham Plains.

They are seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and highly motivated professional for the following position: Corporate Services Manager (Lae based).

Reporting to the Financial Controller, your core responsibility will be providing management with accurate and insightful financial information and analysis relating to the company’s operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure there is an operating standard costing system for each of the company’s businesses
• Assist the financial controller in providing leadership and direction to each Division’s budgeting and financial management activities
• Assist in reviewing and updating of each division’s standard costing system to reflect current prices and activities

Job requirements

To be successful it is essential you possess the following:

• Tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline such as economics
• Demonstrable practical experience in standard costing
• At least 5 years relevant business analysis experience
• At least 5 years in a supervisory/management role
