Reporting to the General Manager, Pacific, your focus areas will include:

• Developing and implementing a sales and marketing strategy that promotes continued growth and profitability in the region
• Providing strategic leadership – aligning the regional priorities to the NZPAC strategy
• Embedding risk andcompliance standards across all functions
• Identifying operational efficiencies in the ways of working
