Successfully plan, coordinate and control the activities of the customer service team to maintain and enhance customer relationship and meet organisational and operational activities.

Key accountabilities

  • Develops and implements customer service policies and procedures.
  • Improves customer service procedures, policies and standards for the organisation or department.
  • Defines and communicates customer service standards.
  • Oversees the achievement and maintenance of agreed customer service levels and standards.

Job requirements

  • Degree in Business, Management or similar.
  • 5 plus years of customer service experience within similar industry.
  • In-dept knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • In-dept knowledge of customer service software, databases and Customer Relationship Management tools.
  • Effective communication skills to inform, help and advise customers clearly and to liaise with other professionals.
