The CTI-CFF Regional Secretariat in Manado, North Sulawesi, Indonesia, invites experienced and talented candidates for the position of Deputy Executive Director for Program Services.

Requirements

• Applications are open to all nationals from CTI-CFF Member Countries (Indonesia, Malaysia, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Solomon Islands and Timor-Leste)
• Advance degree in Program Management, Management and/ or Natural Resource Science/ Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Marine Spatial Planning, project development or other related postgraduate/professional qualifications
• With minimum 10 years’ professional experience in implementation, management, Project monitoring and Project Development formulation, institutional building and cooperation. Extensive experience of Budget Management and GIS preferably related to natural conservation, sustainable fisheries and food security, and natural resource management sectors.
