The Office of Insurance Commissioner is seeking to recruit a qualified and experienced person to fill the following vital role of Deputy Insurance Commissioner.

Key responsibilities

Reporting to the Insurance Commissioner, the role is responsible for implementing delegated responsibilities, such as licensing, supervision and monitoring of the General insurance regulatory functions, in accordance with the Insurance Act 1995.


  • Bachelor`s Degree in Economics, Law, Accounting / Commerce / Business or other relevant qualifications. An insurance qualification will be an advantage
  • Minimum 10 years of managerial experience in relevant fields of financial sector regulation and supervision
  • Previous general insurance, banking and finance experience at managerial level will be an advantage
