Rotarians Against Malaria (RAM) is seeking qualified and experience applicants to fill the Deputy Program Manager position, based in Port Moresby.
Responsibilities
- Manage the M&E, IT and Office Mangers to ensure that all comply with the tasks assigned to them
- Work with the Human Resources (HR) Department to have
- An effective system of monitoring staff performance and rewarding or penalizing staff based on their performance
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in business management or similar degree, or proven performance as a manager in the areas concerned
- 8-10 years’ experience in senior management and in similar roles as described above
- Proven track record of success in managing high quality programs particularly in the areas outlined above
