Digicel Group Ltd are currently seeking qualified candidate to fill the position of Digital Product Manager to be based in at Port Moresby, National Capital District.

Responsibilities

• Day to day management of the app including requirements definition, bug fixes, reporting, reviews and ratings monitoring etc. Develop processes and governance with the markets to ensure content on the app is always relevant and up to date
• Religiously monitor customer feedback to continuously improve user experience & develop a close relationship with the partner and become a strong influencer for the overall product roadmap
• Work in collaboration with the Commercial team to ensure the digital strategy is fully aligned with the overall commercial strategy & with the other digital teams to ensure alignment on KPIs and strategy and develop cross-selling opportunities

Requirements

• Degree qualification desirable (preferably in Computer Science) with 3 -5 years’ experience in a products/IT role for a leading brand with proven experience of successful product launches and 1-2 years’ experience managing others
• Digital knowledge that spans across a range of digital channels and products including digital advertising, social media and apps development with strong assessable background to analyze app performance and pick out key trends
• Be ambitious, driven and passionate about all things related to digital apps and music, with an excellent comprehension of how the industry works and must have polished presentation, communication, and analytical skills
