Digicel PNG is seeking expressions of interest for the role of Digital Product Manager.

Digicel PNG Ltd is seeking an experienced and qualified applicant to fill the role of Digital Product Manager to be based at Port Moresby.

Responsibilities

• Day to day management of the app including requirements definition, bug fixes, reporting, reviews and ratings monitoring etc. Develop processes and governance with the markets to ensure content on the app is always relevant and up to date
• Religiously monitor customer feedback to continuously improve user experience & develop a close relationship with the partner and become a strong influencer for the overall product roadmap
• Work in collaboration with the Group Commercial team to ensure the digital strategy is fully aligned with the overall commercial strategy & with the other digital teams to ensure alignment on KPIs and strategy and develop cross-selling opportunities

Requirements

• Degree qualification desirable (preferably in Marketing, Media, Communications or Journalism) with 3 -5 years’ experience in a digital role for a leading brand with proven experience of successful products launches and 1-2 years’ experience managing others
• Digital knowledge that spans across a range of digital channels and products including digital advertising, social media and apps development with strong assessable background to analyze app performance and pick out key trends
• Be ambitious, driven and passionate about all things related to digital apps and music, with an excellent comprehension of how the industry works and must have polished presentation, communication, and analytical skills
