Hilton Hotel is seeking to recruit a Director of Human Resources to lead, manage and develop the HR team and HR activities, and advise the Senior Director of Human Resources, Australasia, and leadership team on strategic issues related to Human Resources practices that facilitate professional Human Resources Management at Hilton Port Moresby

Key responsibilities

• Plans, directs and delivers Learning and Development activities and ensuring training against the entire operation
• Adapts and implements Hilton Staffing, Training, Compensation and Administration System
• Maintain reference materials, i.e. Local adaptations to the HR manual, procedures, guidelines and policies

Requirements

• A Degree level qualification in Training, Human Resources, Business or related field
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Senior HR Management position
• Certified trainer/extensive experience in Learning and Development and team member engagement
