This role will be offered at the Senior Manager or Director role (depending on your qualifications and experience).

Key responsibilities

• Lead accountability on all donor funded projects by overseeing and monitoring performance and expenditure to assure compliance with our contract commitments
• Ensure that MSPNG meets its obligations in terms of social inclusion, and ensure we continue to strengthen and promote our gender focus
• Coordinate all donor projects from start to close, in collaboration with the Executive and Senior Management Teams

Qualifications & skills

• Demonstrate extensive work experience on DFAT-funded projects, either as a senior manager with an NGO, or with a managing contractor
• Ideally, have experience managing projects funded by other donors
• Masters Degree or outstanding Bachelor Degree, with a major in business, administration, or project management
