Hilton Hotel is seeking to employ a qualified Duty Manager – Food & Beverages to be based in Port Moresby.

Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage Department and outlets ensuring standards are adhered to and maintained
Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
Maintain exceptional levels of customer service

Requirements

Food and Beverage experience
Able to meet financial targets
Ability to comply with all Food and Beverage brand standards
