Hilton Hotel is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Duty Manager to be based in Port Moresby.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage Department and outlets ensuring standards are adhered to and maintained
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
- Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
Requirements
- Food and Beverage experience
- Able to meet financial targets
- Ability to comply with all Food and Beverage brand standards
