The People’s Micro Bank is seeking an Electronic Banking Project Manager to join its team.
Purpose of job
Process Re-Engineering & Development Manager supports activities contributing to the implementation of Group MIS projects
Responsible for providing direct technical assistance to team members, according to the approved NDB/PMB corporate IT Plan.
Translate MIS Strategies into manageable project tasks within relevant scope, time, budget and resources.
Effectively manage projects and advise of the same for delays and escalations to appropriate external support where necessary.
Work in close collaboration with the various members of the department heads and IT Steering Committee effecting projects from schedules, designs, implementation, achieving milestones, monitoring and evaluations after the completions.
Nature and scope
Responsible for coordinating all activities including scope development, implementation, testing and deployment of MIS projects and becoming primary point of contacts for all issues relating to systems projects development………
Job requirements
Formal Education & Certification
- University degree in the field of business information systems and 5 years related project work experience.
Knowledge & experience
- Demonstrate knowledge of project management best practices.
- Strong technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and standards
- Extensive application support experience with 5 or more years project management Extensive knowledge of programming languages, including [SQL, Crystal Reporting].
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure planning and development.

- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct and direct research into IT issues and products as required.
