National Airports Corporation Limited seeks suitable candidates for the position of Independent Directors on the Board of National Airports Corporation Ltd.

In accordance with Section 147A (e)(f) and (g) of the Civil Aviation (Amendment) Act 2010, the following positions will become vacant;

• One Director representing the business community nominated by the Papua New Guinea Chamber of Commerce;
• Once Director representing the Tourism Industry nominated by the Tourism Promotion Authority;
• One Director, a nominee from the shareholders being a person who has substantial interest in the delivery of aviation services in Papua New Guinea.

Job requirements

• Relevant Qualifications form a recognized Tertiary Institution of University;
• At least 8 years’ experience in any Civil Aviation Enterprises or similar role;
• Possess some knowledge of Civil Aviation Industry; and
• Strong communication and organizing skills.
