Summary of role

• To manage and coordinate the activities of the Estimators and liaise with construction staff as required in the completion of tenders
• Responsibility for the preparation and submission of tenders, typically up to PGK 50m in value.
• Working as part of a team with the objective of securing profitable future workload for the business.
• Utilise construction knowledge and commercial experience to ensure competitive bids.

Job requirements

• Construction/Surveying – Diploma or similar
• Competent use of Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook
• CCS Candy knowledge would be an advantage.

Job experience

• Extensive experience of analytical building estimating in all sectors but to include commercial, hospitality, industrial and leisure.
• Experience in civil estimating for projects in excess of PGK3Om
• All forms of contract including traditional, partnering, ECI, and design & build;
