Our client, The Pacific Institute of Leadership & Governance (PILAG) is the Government’s Training Institution, mandated to provide capacity development for the Public Sector Workforce. PILAG is now transforming and focused on value-based ethical leadership and good governance training programs to build ethical leaders in the public service. They now seek an Executive Director to join their leadership team.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this position is responsible for managing the administration, operating plans and performance of their respective divisions.

Key accountabilities

• Support development of government sector business development priorities and strategies
• Review business requirements and assist in translating requirements or providing analytical support to team members

Job requirements

The ideal candidate must have:

• University Degree in Strategic Management/Public Administration or related field
• Masters level Degree in related discipline desirable
• 10 years of work experience at Management level
