The Pacific Institute of Leadership & Governance (PILAG) wants to hire a talented individual for the role of Executive Director – Corporate Services.

Our client, The Pacific Institute of Leadership & Governance (PILAG) is the Government’s Training Institution, mandated to provide capacity development for the Public Sector Workforce. PILAG is now transforming and focused on value-based ethical leadership and good governance training programs to build ethical leaders in the public service. They now seek an Executive Director to join their leadership team.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this position is responsible for managing the administration, operating plans and performance of their respective division.

Executive Director – Corporate Services

Key accountabilities

• Provide a strong “hands on” leadership by setting professional standards
• Ensure corporate services policies systems and procedures plus other enabling legislations are communicated across the business

Job requirements

The ideal candidate must have:

• A Degree in Business Administration or related discipline,
• Masters in Business Administration is desirable
• 10 years work experience in a similar role at Management level
