The Pacific Institute of Leadership & Governance is looking for a qualified individual for the role of Executive Director – Workforce Training Development.

Our client, The Pacific Institute of Leadership & Governance (PILAG) is the Government’s Training Institution, mandated to provide capacity development for the Public Sector Workforce. PILAG is now transforming and focused on value-based ethical leadership and good governance training programs to build ethical leaders in the public service. They now seek an Executive Director to join their leadership team.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this position is responsible for managing the administration, operating plans and performance of their respective division.

Executive Director – Workforce Training Development

Key accountabilities

• Coordinate and manage the Workforce Training and Development Division to ensure highest quality of services is provided to agencies, clients and stakeholders
• Ensure delivery of training to public sector agencies is effective through the quality of customer and assurance in training delivery
• Manage relationships and expectations to ensure PILAG provides highest quality trainers and training to agencies and clients within the public sector

Job requirements

The ideal candidate must have:

• • Teritiary qualifications in Business or related field
  • Masters in Education or related discipline is desirable
  • 10 years of relevant work experience in a registered training institution.
