Kumul Mineral Holdings Limited for a suitably qualified professional to join its team as its new Executive Manager Commercial.

Kumul Minerals Holdings Limited are looking to hire an Executive Manager Commercial reporting to the Managing Director.  The successful applicant will provide commercial advice to management and the Boards of KMHL and its subsidiaries.

This is a challenging role in a “start-up” enterprise and requires an exceptionally motivated individual with superior strategic and analytical skills who can comfortably and professionally perform at executive level to help shape the development of PNG’s national mining company. The breadth of responsibilities will expand as the Company develops.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct economic modelling and evaluation of investment proposals in mining
• Provide advice on project financing options
• Contribute to development of business strategies

Qualifications & skills

• Bachelor`s Degree in Finance / Accounting, and preferably hold an MBA
• Full membership of CPA/CA is desirable
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in senior commercial roles preferably in a mining / resources environment
