Grand Columbia Construction Ltd are seeking applications an Experienced Property Facility Manager to be based at their Head Office, Port Moresby.
Requirements
- Candidate must have a Diploma in Building Management, knowledgeable and experienced in overseeing maintenance works at commercial buildings.
- Candidate should have sound technical knowledge in plumbing, mechanical, electrical and HVAC systems. At least 5 years of demonstrated experience, ability to supervise and lead teams.
- Must have proven knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety regulations in work place and possess strong communication and analytical skills.
