Credit Corporation Properties is seeking to employ a highly motivated individual to fill in the position of Facilities Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Management of all day-to-day maintenance operations throughout Credit House, Era Dorina & Era Matana Estates taking a hands-on approach to leadership
• Organising, training and ongoing supervision of maintenance staff to ensure productivity and service
• Initiating best practice in programmed maintenance to ensure high level of attention to detail

Requirements

• The successful applicant should have held a similar role with at least 5 years’ experience in a large organization, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
• Must hold an appropriate qualification in Facilities Management.
• Experience in all facets of maintenance is a must as is cost control, reporting and quality assurance.
