Airswift PNG’s client, Kutmor Limited, is looking for an individual for the Finance Manager role based out of their Port Moresby office. The Finance Manager is responsible to plan, direct and coordinate all activities in the Finance Function of the organisation. They are also responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity and efficiency of the function’s activities through the provision of effective methods and strategies.

Minimum eligibility criteria for possible candidates

• Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of the finance and accounting section in the organisation
• Plan, direct, coordinate all Financial activities of the organisation including, budgets, monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of organisation’s financial performance against budget, financial and operational goals and short and long-term financial reporting
• Formulate, implement and coordinate departmental and organisational policies and procedures to maximise output.
• Manage Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions

Job requirements

• University Degree in Accounting, Project Management, Business Management, Strategic Management or equivalent
• Master’s Degree in Accounting, Project Management, Business Management, Strategic Management or equivalent
• Minimum of ten years’ experience in similar role or experience in a similar role
